  • SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 7 days of the order date. I process orders Monday - Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please keep in mind that I make everything by hand in my studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact me or add a note to your order, and I will try to get it out as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.
I have no control over what happens when your order leaves my studio and Samantha Slater Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. I recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. I am not responsible for packages that are returned because of incorrect addresses. Customers may be responsible for forward shipping.

  • US SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 days after the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is not available at this time.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to love your new purchase! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, I will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Any returns after this time are accepted on a case-by-case basis . If your return is outside of the 14-day policy, please email me at hello@samanthaslaterstudio.com to request a return. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from me that I will honor your return. Items returned outside of the 14 days without prior approval may be refused.

It is the customer's responsibility to pack the jewelry carefully and pay for shipping to return the items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.

If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit.
Shipping costs are not refundable, and Samantha Slater Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs.

When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Samantha Slater Studio will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. I am not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

If you purchased your item from one of my retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of my retailers.
All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • EXCHANGES

  • CANCELLATIONS

Please reach out if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations will depend on if I have started working on your pieces or not and are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover credit card fees.
